Performance:

All packaging machines are designed for and are capable of 50 indexes per minute.

Machine Function:

Denest a cup into the tooling plate.
Index to the filling station where the cup is filled
Index to the seal station where either a die cut foil, or, roll film seal is applied to the container
Index to the lidding station where an over cap lid is applied and snapped on
Index to the ejection station where the completed container is ejected
