Unscrambling tables

The Volumetric Technologies Rotary Unscrambling Table is engineered to unscramble a variety of bottles, jars, cans or containers regardless of the container material. The containers are loaded onto the transfer table from their shipping cartons then pushed onto the stainless rotary table. The rotary motion and diverter arms will gently move your containers to the outside edge of the rotary table to form a single line and are discharged unaided, one at a time on to the conveyor of a filling, capping or labeling line.

Accumulating tables

The Volumetric Technologies Rotary Accumulating Table is engineered to accumulate containers of various size and shape that have been filled, capped, labeled, coded etc.

The Accumulating Table it is generally positioned at the end of a production or conveyor line, and it gently accumulates your containers on the rotary stainless steel surface. The completed products can be held there for an operator or two to use the convenient tray to repackage the containers

Rotary transfer tables

The Volumetric Technologies Rotary Transfer Table is engineered to transfer containers of various size and shape from one conveyor to another. These tables are used when space limits you from using a swept 90 degree conveyor. The Rotary Transfer Table is generally positioned in a corner between two conveyors positioned 90 degrees from one another, using the powered rotary table to transfer jars from one conveyor to another. These can be fitted in a much smaller space.
