Volumetric Technologies servo-piston filling machines
Volumetric Technologies introduces its Servo-piston filling system (SPF). This feature is available on all Volumetric Technologies filler body sizes and designed to handle all types of products.
SPF-equipped fillers feature the Allen Bradley Ultra series servo controllers, performing trapezoidal or S-curve acceleration /deceleration cycles, allowing smooth accurate dispensing. Multiple filling parameters are provided such as: volume; acceleration; velocity; multiple stroke; manual; auto and suck back.
All parameters are programmable via the Allen Bradley touch screen operator interface. Volume changes are instantaneous and can be performed during production.

- Checkweigher feedback is available for unsurpassed savings and automatic
adjustment on the fly. The servo filler can instantly receive a package
weight from a checkweigher and the servo filler then tops off the package
with the precise amount of liquid, sauce or slurry to make package declared
weight, eliminating operator error and overfilling.
